– blend of sodium alginate (E401), calcium sulphate (E516), sodium pyrophosphate (E450)
standardized with dextrose.

USAGE DIRECTION
Application:
Gelling agent and stabilizer for dairy based desserts, fruit preparations, instant bakery cream.
Recommended dosage: 0.3-1.0%, according to the final product.
